 Q)      How do we get started?

 A)      Provide $1500 deposit which covers the costs of soil tests and working plans.
          To enable this process to happen quickly, the following documents need to be
          provided:

  1. legible dimensioned site plans
  2. contour plan
  3. as constructed sewer, storm water and water plans
  4. any related covenant approvals
  5. compaction certificate  (if applicable)

 

Q)       When does construction start?

A)       Construction of your new home will start when Pantha Homes has received the
          following documents.

  1. Council approved plans
  2. An authority to commence construction from your lending authority
  3. A colour selection with all variations signed.
  4. If paying cash, proof of land ownership and a joint cash management account must be opened.
  5. Proof of owners capacity to pay the price of works

 

Q)       What does Turn-Key mean?

A)        All our properties are fully completed Turn-Key homes which include landscaping,
           driveways, fencing, window coverings, floor coverings and stainless  steel
           appliances.  All you need you do is move in!  Please refer to our inclusions page to 
           see the full list of fixtures and fittings provided.

 

Q)           Can you do house & land packages?

A)           You are able to take advantage of our house and land packages available in
               various estates and locations, just ask us how!
