When we were selecting a builder we wanted a rapid build time and Pantha Homes was by far the quickest at 14 weeks, however, our home was completed more than one month early! This was very important as it was our first investment property and we didn’t want to be waiting months for completion. I am pleased to say that the whole experience with Pantha Homes was hassle free.  The only delays were caused by rain which no one can help, otherwise all construction was on time.
